Mrs Prime Policies
Effective date: 24 September 2025
At Mrs Prime, I believe in keeping things clear, fair, and transparent. These policies set out how I work, what clients can expect, and the commitments I make when delivering Amazon listing optimisation and related services.
They are designed to:
-
Protect both client and provider.
-
Provide clarity on responsibilities.
-
Reflect my ethos of integrity, accessibility, and professionalism.
These policies are reviewed regularly and may be updated when required.
Terms of Service
Effective date: 24 September 2025
Version 1
Deposits & Retainers
-
A 50% deposit is required to begin any one-off project or package.
-
For monthly retainers, payment is required in advance of the month in which the work will be carried out.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
-
Once full payment is received, you own the final listing content, images, graphics, and other deliverables created for your project.
-
I retain ownership of my internal processes, frameworks, and unused draft materials.
Handover & Review
-
Projects are considered complete when listings and content (including A+ or Enhanced Brand Content) are published on Amazon.
-
Clients have a review stage before content is finalised and a 14-day grace period after publication to flag any issues. After that time, additional changes may be chargeable.
-
Responsibility for keeping listings updated sits with the client unless you are on a retainer package, in which case I will handle updates as part of the service.
Amendments & Extras
-
Minor tweaks that can be made quickly (a few minutes) may be included at my discretion.
-
Larger requests or additional work not in the original brief will be quoted and charged separately.
Access to Amazon Accounts
-
To deliver listing optimisation and related services, I may require access to your Amazon Seller or Vendor account.
-
Access will be requested only where necessary and agreed in advance.
-
I will never disclose, misuse, or share your confidential account information.
-
Any login credentials provided are treated as strictly confidential and used solely for the agreed project.
Cancellations
-
If you cancel before work has started, a refund may be requested within 14 days of payment. Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable if more than 3 hours’ work has been completed.
I reserve the right to cancel a project if:
-
I have to chase repeatedly for content or product information.
-
There are ongoing changes of direction that prevent progress.
Behaviour or communication makes it unreasonable to continue.
-
-
In such cases, work completed up to that point will be invoiced.
Payments
-
All invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date.
-
If payment is not received:
-
Work may be withheld or paused.
-
After 60 days, I reserve the right to begin debt recovery, including through the UK Small Claims Court.
-
-
Recovery costs will be added to the outstanding balance.
Performance Disclaimer
-
While every project is delivered with strategy and optimisation in mind, I cannot guarantee increased sales, rankings, or visibility on Amazon.
-
Amazon is a third-party platform and retains control over its own policies, algorithms, and display of listings.
Data Protection & Cookies
Effective date: 24 September 2025
Version 1
Data Protection
-
I comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) when handling personal data.
-
Any client data (such as product information, imagery, or access details) is used only for delivering your project.
-
I do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where required to provide agreed services.
Once the project is complete, responsibility for customer and product data collected through Amazon rests with the client.

Cookies
-
While Mrs Prime does not directly use cookies, Amazon and related platforms may do so under their own terms.

Clients are encouraged to review Amazon’s cookie and privacy policies for clarity: Amazon.co.uk Cookie Notice.
Accessibility Statement
Effective date: 24 September 2025
Version 1
Accessibility matters. At Mrs Prime, I take steps to ensure that Amazon listings are clear, usable, and accessible to a wide audience.
Commitment
-
Listings are written in plain, accessible English.
-
I aim for clarity in descriptions, bullet points, and images, avoiding unnecessary jargon.
-
Where appropriate, I recommend diverse, representative imagery that reflects your customer base and local context.
Client Responsibility
-
After handover, clients are responsible for ensuring new listings, edits, or updates remain clear and accessible.
-
If you are on a retainer package, I will manage these responsibilities for you as part of the service.
Equal Opportunities Statement
Effective date: 24 September 2025
Version 1
Mrs Prime is committed to fairness, respect, and inclusion.
Statement
-
I do not discriminate on the grounds of age, disability, gender identity, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
-
I welcome clients from all backgrounds, provided their business activities are lawful and ethical.
-
I will not create or optimise listings that promote discriminatory, harmful, or exploitative content.
-
Imagery and messaging are chosen carefully to avoid stereotypes and to present an inclusive, authentic picture of your brand.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
Effective date: 24 September 2025
Version 1
Ownership of Deliverables
-
Once full payment is received, you own the final Amazon listing content, graphics, and creative assets produced for your project.
-
You are free to use, edit, and develop your listings as you wish after handover.
What Remains with Mrs Prime
-
I retain ownership of:
-
My processes, research methods, and optimisation frameworks.
-
Draft or unused content, design notes, and background work.
-
Third-Party Materials
-
Some deliverables may use stock imagery, licensed fonts, or third-party tools.
-
These remain subject to their own licences and terms. Clients are responsible for maintaining these licences.
Content Creation & Generative AI
-
All content — text, imagery, or multimedia — is developed in line with your branding, tone of voice, and Amazon requirements.
-
I may use generative AI tools under licence to support content creation, but all outputs are directed, edited, and finalised by me.
-
This ensures deliverables are:
-
Original and unique to your brand.
-
Free from plagiarism.
-
Strategically aligned to Amazon’s standards and your customer needs.
-
Copyright Protection
-
All content and designs remain protected under UK copyright law until full payment is received.
-
I reserve the right to take action if any work is used, published, or duplicated without authorisation.

Policy: TL;DR (Speed Read Summary)
What’s TL;DR and Why It Helps You
TL;DR stands for “Too Long; Didn’t Read.” It’s a quick summary for people who are too busy to read everything in detail. Perfect for tradespeople on the go.
Plus, with voice assistants like Alexa or Siri, you can even ask them to read the TL;DR out loud - so you get the key info hands-free, anytime.
At Mrs Prime, I believe in clarity, fairness, and mutual respect.
• A 50% deposit starts one-off projects; retainers are paid monthly in advance.
• You own the final listings, graphics, and creative assets once full payment is received.
• You’ll have a review stage before final sign-off and 14 days after publication to flag issues.
• Cancel before work starts for a possible refund within 14 days.
• Any access to your Amazon account is agreed in advance and handled confidentially.
Every listing is built strategically and optimised for best practice — but results such as higher sales or rankings can’t be guaranteed, as Amazon controls its own algorithms and policies.
